This program rapidly focuses on the leadership team level to ensure that concepts are embedded where change needs to start. The engagement delivers a Roadmap Report as to the options the business should consider moving forward.

Given that some people and organisations have a blended level of current skills in this area, we first try to understand the maturity of the business as it stands, as well as identify where and how agile practices will be of most value to the organisation. This program includes the delivery of Agile Fundamentals for Leaders Workshop to ensure that Leaders understand the benefits of Agiile adoption and the key terms and concepts that will become the new normal in an Agile business.
